SCAD 2018-19 ACADEMIC CATALOG

Each year the Savannah College of Art and Design creates a dynamic, visually interesting and engaging academic catalog showcasing all things SCAD to distribute to parents, educators, prospective students and industry professionals both domestically and internationally. As every student's first introduction to SCAD, the catalog is the keystone of admission materials. Each catalog comes with a sticker sheet to decorator their own cover. Augmented Reality was used throughout the catalog. Using a smartphone, readers can access 85 AR opportunities, including additional information about the university, videos and galleries of student work. The AR features add to the narrative of the catalog and demonstrate the university's dedication to cutting-edge technology.

SCAD RECRUITMENT MATERIALS

Inspired by the university's admission catalog cover, the enduring design of the 2018-19 SCAD recruitment materials cultivates the cohesive and dynamic brand across an extended campaign. In brochures and booklets, VR goggles, backdrops, advertisements and more.
SCAD ACCEPTANCE PACKAGE

The acceptance brochure provides accepted students with a wealth of information about the university, including important deadlines, facts about each location and details about SCAD. The brochure also mimics the catalog in that it uses augmented reality to reveal interesting facts about the university that cannot be found in the catalog.

A tri-fold brochure gives prospective students in-depth information about the multitude of housing options available to students, and it, too, captures the vivid colors on the academic catalog while displaying details about residence life with a simple, clear design.

Last is the #scadbound poster, with a embroidered patch which recipients are encouraged to take a picture with and post to social media outlets like Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook and others using the hashtag #scadbound to let their friends, family and others know they’ve been accepted and plan to attend SCAD.
